Hana-Fukin (literally “kitchen cloth” or “flower cloth” in Japanese) refers to practical and decorative fabric coupons , decorated with Sashiko patterns, which are frequently found in Japanese homes. The Shippo Tsunagi pattern (literally “Seven Treasures”) is a traditional Japanese geometric pattern that combines four ellipses in a circle. The patterns repeat to create other circles on the outside, symbolizing fullness and peace.
