The universe is enormous – and the Savage Worlds Science Fiction Companion gives you everything you need to explore it, survive it, or conquer it. This 300+ page hardcover updates the original Science Fiction Companion to be fully compatible with the Savage Worlds Adventure Edition, covering the full breadth of science fiction: from grim near-future dystopias to planet-hopping space operas.
Inside, you’ll find new character ancestries and alien species, a flexible species builder, and mountains of gear, weapons, and cyberware. Build custom starships, mechs, power armor, and walkers using intuitive creation systems, or pick from ready-made options and get flying. A new event-based system handles chases, dogfights, and vehicular combat with speed and flair. Narrative Outpost rules let your crew establish a base of operations – from a dying star’s core to a drifting space hulk. And Setting Rules for netrunning, transhumanism, starship combat, and the all-new HEAVY METAL system for massive vehicular warfare give every campaign the exact tone it needs.
Whether your table wants alien horror, galactic diplomacy, or cyberpunk noir, this companion delivers – all in Savage Worlds’ signature Fast! Furious! Fun! style. Requires the Savage Worlds core rules to play.
