Call of Cthulhu – Starter Set

The Call of Cthulhu Starter Set is the easiest way into the classic game of cosmic horror. No experience needed: the box teaches you Chaosium’s Call of Cthulhu step by step, starting with a solo adventure you can play the moment you open the lid.

Inside are three booklets that build on each other: Alone Against the Flames, a choose-your-own-path solo story that teaches the rules as you play; the starter rules for investigators and Keepers; and three ready-to-run scenarios for a group, set in the dark corners of the 1920s. The box also holds dice, ready-made investigators, blank investigator sheets and handouts.

Perfect for a Keeper who has never run a game before, for groups new to tabletop roleplaying, and for anyone curious about Lovecraftian investigation and creeping dread. When the box is done, your investigators can step straight into the full game.
