Alain Scheibli, also photographer himself, shows the first autochromes by the family Lumière from the early 20-th century, some reproduced on transparent film. After 1907 autochrome plates started to be produced in big number. A selection of 44 autochromes, of which 10 reproduced on loose transparent films.
