Delta Green Agent’s Handbook

Delta Green began as a classified government program. Founded in the aftermath of the 1928 Innsmouth raid – an operation that never officially took place. For decades, agents kept the unexplainable out of sight and out of the record. Then the authorization was revoked, and the work had to continue in the dark.

You are one of those agents. Not heroes. Not chosen ones. Just people with a job, a family, and a file they were never supposed to read. The world pulls from both sides.

The Agent’s Handbook is the player-facing rulebook for Delta Green: The Role-Playing Game. It contains everything players need: rules for building agents from dozens of professions across U.S. government agencies and civilian life, a percentile system that handles investigation and tension cleanly, combat rules where even well-laid plans can unravel, and a sanity system that accumulates its damage quietly – until it doesn’t. Home scenes show what your agent is actually fighting for.
