Land of Eem Deluxe Box Set

The Land of Eem is a world on the edge of being forgotten. It was magnificent once – now it is wild, strange, and entirely worth exploring. You play a lore-seeker, a wanderer, someone who simply needs to know what waits beyond the next hill.

The Deluxe Box Set gives you everything to step into that world. Three substantial hardcover volumes – the Core Rulebook, the sprawling Mucklands Sandbox Campaign Setting, and Bestiary Vol. 1 – form the foundation. Around them: a foldout hexcrawl gameboard map nearly 65 by 56 centimetres, a GM Screen, seven transparent blue dice, and six painted wooden meeples, one for each character class.

The system is accessible without being hollow. Rules that ease in newcomers without boring experienced players. Dozens of random tables, hundreds of locations, NPCs and quest hooks – enough material to fill years of play. The illustrations by Ben Costa and collaborators give Eem an unmistakable identity: colourful, off-kilter, and touched with a quiet melancholy that sets it apart from generic fantasy.

Three ENNIEs 2025, including Gold for Best Family Game. That speaks to its range – this is a game for whoever sits at your table.
